~ Temperate with oceanic influences
~ Mean annual temperature of 16.6° C. (62° F.)
~ Seasons clearly marked with warm summers and cool winters

Winemaking Method:
~ Grapes are selected and hand picked from the vineyard in the early hours
~ Short, cold maceration before pressing and immediately chilled to +5°C
~ Fermented between 14°C a 18°C
~ 4 months ageing in oak barrels

Winemaker´s Notes:
Harmonious wine with good structure thanks to optimum ripeness in the vineyard. At harvest time the grapes are a golden colour and taste of toasted bread and honey.

Appearance: Golden yellow
Nose: White fruits such as pears and peaches, country jasmine floral aromas, toasted bread and honey.
Palate: Soft combination of fruit and oak with notes of peaches, honey, vanilla, almonds and cream. Long finish.

Serving temperature: 8º C a 10º C.

Food pairings: Ideal to accompany nibbles such as cheese and ham as well as white meats, and seafood.
