Castelar Brut Reserve
To the eye it shows an amber colour with pearl like reflections.
The nose is characterised by an aromatic richness with notes of aromas from the forest, ripe red fruit and spices.
In the mouth it seduces us with its fullness and richness. It is a wine that knows how to be fleshy and full bodied. Its strength and freshness are well balanced and in perfect harmony with its round and silky palate. With good body and structure it shows a persistent fruity finish.
The finish is made very enjoyable by its fruit and length.
With all its qualities this wine produced by the “Methode Champenoise” is recommended for the aperitif hour, it can also accompany the whole meal and in some cases is very good with red meats.
