Brut Blanc De Noirs
By definition, a Blanc de Noirs is produced like a white wine, but from red grapes, in this case Syrah and Pinot Noir. Hence, its pale pink hue with a coppery rim. At the swirl of the glass, this young rosé gives off its most attractive aromatic qualities of fruity notes reminiscent of strawberries, cherries and pomegranates.
